Buffalo Chicken Wings recipe

Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wings:

  1. Chicken wings – 10
  2. Garlic – 5 cloves, big, chopped
  3. Chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
  4.  Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
  5. Light soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
  6. White vinegar – 1 tsp
  7. Butter – 1 tablespoon
  8. Maida – 1 tablespoon
  9. Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
  10.  Salt – For taste
  11. Oil – To deep fry wings

How to prepare Buffalo Chicken Wings?

  1. Clean chicken wings and remove moisture content completely using a dry cloth.
  2. Marinate chicken wings using pepper powder, maida, and salt. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Deep fry chicken wings till they turn a light brown colour.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter to it.
  5.  Sauté the garlic and then add the sauces and vinegar to it.
  6. Add fried chicken wings to it and mix well.
  7.  Serve hot.
