
Ingredients for Buffalo Chicken Wings:
- Chicken wings – 10
- Garlic – 5 cloves, big, chopped
- Chilli sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
- Light soya sauce – 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar – 1 tsp
- Butter – 1 tablespoon
- Maida – 1 tablespoon
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – For taste
- Oil – To deep fry wings
How to prepare Buffalo Chicken Wings?
- Clean chicken wings and remove moisture content completely using a dry cloth.
- Marinate chicken wings using pepper powder, maida, and salt. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry chicken wings till they turn a light brown colour.
- Heat a non-stick pan and add 1 tablespoon of butter to it.
- Sauté the garlic and then add the sauces and vinegar to it.
- Add fried chicken wings to it and mix well.
- Serve hot.
