Banana Puri recipe

 

Ingredients for Banana Puri/Banana Poori:

1. Well-ripened banana (Etha pazham) – 2
2. Maida – 1 cup
    Wheat powder – 1 cup
    Sugar powdered – ½ cup
    Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon
    Salt – As per taste
    Ghee – ½ cup
3. Oil – To fry

How to prepare Banana Puri?

  1. Cook the banana, and mix it well.
  2. Mix again with ingredients no: 2 to make the dough.
  3. Keep it aside for two long hours.
  4. Make small balls from the dough and spread it similar to pooris.
  5. Heat oil and fry banana pooris.
