
Ingredients for Banana Puri/Banana Poori:
1. Well-ripened banana (Etha pazham) – 2
2. Maida – 1 cup
Wheat powder – 1 cup
Sugar powdered – ½ cup
Cardamom powder – 1 small spoon
Salt – As per taste
Ghee – ½ cup
3. Oil – To fry
How to prepare Banana Puri?
- Cook the banana, and mix it well.
- Mix again with ingredients no: 2 to make the dough.
- Keep it aside for two long hours.
- Make small balls from the dough and spread it similar to pooris.
- Heat oil and fry banana pooris.
