
Ingredients for Aattinkaal Bharani Bhrath (Mutton Leg Soup):
1. Mutton bone – Half kg
2. Water – 6 litres
3. Pepper powder – 25 grams
Salt – For taste
4. Ghee – 25 grams
5. Shallots – 100 grams, chopped fine
How to prepare Aattinkaal Bharani Bhrath (Mutton Leg Soup)?
1. Boil mutton, adding water, and cook for the next 24 hours on a low flame.
2. Add salt and pepper powder.
3. Heat ghee in a pan and fry shallots.
4. Add to the mutton soup and serve hot.
