Uppumanga Chutney (Salted Mango Chutney)

Ingredients for Uppumanga Chutney (Salted Mango Chutney):

1. Salted mango (Uppu manga) – 2, medium sized

2. Coconut scrapped – ¼ cup

    Shallots – 4

    Bird’s eye chili (Kanthari) – 6 or 7, as you need

    Curry leaves – 1 stem

    Chilli powder – ¼ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

How to prepare Uppumanga Chutney (Salted Mango Chutney)?

1. Cut mango into small pieces.

2. Add ingredients no: 2 to it and grind in a stone grinder or electric mixer.

3. Roll it to a ball. Your Uppumanga Chutney is ready.
