Corn Pakoda
Ingredients for Corn Pakoda:
1. Cooked sweet corn seeds – 1.5 cups
2. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 table spoon
3. Cumin – ½ tsp
4. Gram flour – 3 tsp
5. Garam masala – ½ tsp
6. Chopped onions – 1
7. Green chillies – 3
8. Curry leaves/mint leaves – 2 tsp
9. Chilli powder – 1 tsp
10. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
11. Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Corn Pakoda?
1. Blend sweet corn once in a mixer.
2. Mix it with remaining contents, except oil.
3. Heat oil and put corn mixture little by little.
4. Deep fry till it turns red colour.
5. Serve hot with any sauce of your choice.
