Vegetable Fish Curry

 
Vegetables can be added to fish, meat etc to prepare variant tastes. Vegetable Fish Curry is one such preparation. Also read: Vegetable Chicken Curry

 Ingredients for Vegetable Fish Curry:

  1. Onion – 50 gm
  2. Ginger – 25 gm
  3. Green chillies – 25 gm
  4. Coriander powder – a small spoon
  5. Chilli powder – a small spoon
  6. Turmeric powder – a small spoon
  7. Kudam puli crushed – 2 pieces
  8. Coconut milk – 1 cup
  9. Ladies finger cut into two pieces – 100 gm
  10. Coconut oil – as needed

How to prepare Vegetable fish curry?

  1. Slice onions, ginger and green chillies (3-4 cm length) and fry red colour usng coconut oil.
  2. Add all powders, salt, coconut milk and kudam puli.
  3. When it boils well add ladies finger pieces and boil for 5 minutes.
  4. It resembles a fish curry a lot.
