Mutton Fry in Kerala style
Ingredients for Mutton Fry:
- Mutton pieces – 1 kg
- Coconut oil – 100 gm
- Onion finely chopped – ½ kg
- Ginger paste – 2 pieces
- Crushed garlic – 2 cloves
- Green chillies chopped – 2
- Chilli powder – 2 small spoons
- Turmeric powder – 1 small spoon
- Garam masala powder – 1 small spoon
- Tomato cut into small pieces – 2
- Curry leaves – 2 stem
- Salt – as required
How to prepare Mutton Fry
- Cook mutton adding salt and turmeric powder.
- Heat oil and sauté onion. Add ginger, garlic, green chilies and all the three powders and fry well.
