Thai Cashew Spicy Chicken recipe

Ingredients for Thai Cashew Spicy Chicken:

  1. Oil – 2 big spoons
  2. Garlic – 6 cloves, chopped fine
    Shallots – ½ cup, split into two
    Red chillies – 2, cut into two and remove seeds
  3. Cashews fried, washed and drained – ½ cup
  4. Chicken cut into small square pieces – 225 gm
  5. Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
    Sweet soya sauce – 1 big spoon
    Fish sauce – 1 small spoon
    Sugar – ¼ small spoon
    Water – 2 big spoons
  6. Spring onion – 1, cut into 1.5-inch pieces

How to prepare Thai Cashew Spicy Chicken?

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 2.
  2. When a nice flavour comes out, add cashews and fry.
  3. Add chicken to it, mix well and fry for a few minutes till its outer portion changes its colour.
  4. Add ingredients no: 5 and stir continuously.
  5. When the chicken is cooked well, add spring onions and turn off the flame.
  6. Serve with hot rice.
