Ingredients for Thai Spicy Chicken:
- Chicken breast – 1, cut into pieces
- Crushed chillies – ½ small spoon
Salt – For taste
Pepper powder – 1 small spoon - Eggs – 2, beaten
Bread crumbs – As required - Oil – For taste
- Ginger chopped – 1 small spoon
Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon - Soya sauce – 2 small spoons
- Peanut butter – 1 small spoon
Brown sugar – 1 small spoon - Hot sauce – For taste
- Corn flour – 1 small spoon mixed in water
How to prepare Thai Spicy Chicken?
- Marinate chicken pieces using salt, pepper powder and crushed chillies.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a while.
- Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs and bread crumbs.
- Deep fry them in hot oil.
- Heat oil, and sauté the ginger and garlic.
- Add soya sauce, followed by peanut butter and brown sugar.
- Mix the contents well, and add hot sauce.
- Add corn flour powder mixed with water and cook the contents till the gravy thickens.
- Add fried chicken pieces, mix well and turn off the flame.
