Scrambled Eggs Masala recipe

Ingredients for Scrambled Eggs Masala:

  1. Eggs – 2
    Oil – 1 small spoon
    Salt – As required
    Onions finely chopped – 3 small spoons
    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
  2. Oil – As required
  3. Ginger crushed – 1 small spoon
    Garlic crushed – 1 small spoon
    Green chillies crushed – 1 small spoon
  4. Onions cut into square pieces – 1 cup
    Capsicum cut into square pieces – 1 cup
  5. Tomato sauce – 5 small spoons
    Chilli sauce – 2 small spoons
    Soya sauce – 1 small spoon
  6. Salt – As required

How to prepare Scrambled Eggs Masala?

  1. Beat eggs, adding ingredients no: 1.
  2. Heat a pan and scramble eggs. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil and saute ingredients no: 3.
  4. Add onions and capsicum and sauté again.
  5. When it’s done, add sauces and salt to taste. Mix well.
  6. Add scrambled eggs to it, mix well, and use.
