Ingredients for Quail Eggs – Chicken Ball Kuruma (Kaada Mutta – Chicken Ball Kuruma):
- Quail eggs – 6
- Chicken boneless – 250 gm
Ginger-garlic crushed – 1 big spoon
Turmeric powder and salt – As required - Maida – 1 big spoon
- Oil – As required
- Onion – 1, chopped
Green chillies – 4, chopped
Potato – 1, chopped
Carrot – 1, chopped
Green peas – 100 gm - Cashews – 5, ground to a paste
- Coconut milk – Extracted from 1/2 coconut
How to prepare Quail Eggs – Chicken Ball Kuruma (Kaada Mutta – Chicken Ball Kuruma)?
- Boil eggs and remove the outer shell.
- Cook chicken, adding ingredients no: 2.
- When it cools, blend it once in a mixer.
- Add maida to it, mix well, and prepare small balls.
- Spread each ball, place an egg inside, and make balls again.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these chicken-egg balls till golden brown.
- In the remaining oil, sauté ingredients no: 5.
- Add cashew paste, fried egg balls, and coconut milk, and mix well.
- Boil it and take it off the flame.
