Ingredients for Mutta Avial (Egg Avial):
- Boiled eggs – 4
- Coconut grated – ½ cup
Onions chopped – 1
Curd -2 big spoons
Salt – 1 small spoon
Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
Cumin powder – ¼ small spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon
Water – 1 cup - Potatoes cut into finger shapes and boiled – 1 big
- Coconut oil – 1 big spoon
Curry leaves – 1 big spoon
How to prepare Mutta Avial (Egg Avial)?
- Split boiled eggs into two pieces, lengthwise.
- Make a fine paste of ingredients no: 2.
- Heat a pan and boil the gravy.
- Add boiled potatoes to it and allow the contents to boil.
- Add boiled eggs to it and mix once.
- When it starts boiling, add curry leaves and oil.
- Check salt, mix well, and take off from the flame.
