Kutti Special Chicken Curry recipe

Ingredients for Kutti Special Chicken Curry:

  1. Boneless chicken pieces – 1 cup
    Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
    Salt – As required
  2. Oil – As required
  3. Ginger crushed – 1 small spoon
    Garlic crushed – 1 small spoon
    Garam masala (as whole) – 2 small spoons
  4. Onions chopped – ½ cu
    Tomato chopped – ¼ cup
  5. Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
    Turmeric powder  – ½ small spoon
  6. Dates cut lengthwise – ¼ cup
    Raisins – 3 small spoons
  7. Tomato sauce – 3 small spoons

How to prepare Kutti Special Chicken Curry?

  1. Mix together ingredients no: 1, and cook well.
  2. Tear the chicken into small pieces using your hands.
  3. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3.
  4. Add onions and sauté them well.
  5. Add tomatoes and sauté again.
  6. When a thin layer of oil appears, add the powders.
  7. Sauté them well until a pleasant aroma comes out.
  8. Add dates and raisins to it and mix well.
  9. When dates turn soft, add cooked chicken to them.
  10. Reduce the flame and add tomato sauce.
  11. Mix well and cook for three more minutes.
