
Ingredients for Kutti Special Chicken Curry:
- Boneless chicken pieces – 1 cup
Pepper powder – ½ small spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon
Salt – As required - Oil – As required
- Ginger crushed – 1 small spoon
Garlic crushed – 1 small spoon
Garam masala (as whole) – 2 small spoons - Onions chopped – ½ cu
Tomato chopped – ¼ cup - Coriander powder – 1 small spoon
Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon - Dates cut lengthwise – ¼ cup
Raisins – 3 small spoons - Tomato sauce – 3 small spoons
How to prepare Kutti Special Chicken Curry?
- Mix together ingredients no: 1, and cook well.
- Tear the chicken into small pieces using your hands.
- Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 3.
- Add onions and sauté them well.
- Add tomatoes and sauté again.
- When a thin layer of oil appears, add the powders.
- Sauté them well until a pleasant aroma comes out.
- Add dates and raisins to it and mix well.
- When dates turn soft, add cooked chicken to them.
- Reduce the flame and add tomato sauce.
- Mix well and cook for three more minutes.
