Turkish Grilled Fish

Ingredients for Turkish Grilled Fish:

1. Pomfret (Avoli)/Seer fish (Neymeen)/Black King Fish (Motha) – ½ kg

2. Butter – 1 small spoon

    Thick curd – ½ cup

    Coriander leaves – A handful

    Garlic – 2 cloves

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Green chillies – 2

    Salt – For taste

3. Butter – 25 gm

4. Garlic chopped – 1 small spoon

5. Curd – ½ cup

    Green chillies – 2

    Coriander leaves – A little

    Salt – For taste

    Shallots – 1

    Sugar – ¼ small spoon

How to prepare Turkish Grilled Fish?

1. Marinate fish using ingredients no: 2.

2. Allow it to rest for at least half an hour.

3. Heat butter in frying pan and add garlic.

4. Place fish in the pan and cook it.

5. Fish should get a good coat of masala.

6. Serve your Turkish Grilled Fish with sauce.

7. To prepare sauce, make a fine paste of ingredients no: 5 in a mixer.
