Stuffed Omelette (Recipe 1)

Ingredients for Stuffed Omelette:
- Egg beaten – 3
Salt and pepper – For taste - Onion chopped – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp - Tomato chopped – 1
Chilli powder – As required
Garam masala – ¼ tsp
Salt – For taste - Ghee – 2 tablespoons
How to prepare Stuffed Omelette?
- Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 2.
- When onions turn golden brown, add ingredients no: 3.
- Sauté the contents and turn the flame off.
- Add salt and pepper to eggs, beat well and prepare omelettes.
- Place a little filling in the centre portion, wrap it and serve.
- You can also slice into pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Stuffed Omelette (Recipe 2):
- Oil – A little
- Tomato chopped – 1 small spoon
Mushroom chopped – 1 small spoon
Capsicum chopped – 1 big spoon
Shallots chopped – 1 small spoon
Green chillies – As per taste - Cheese pieces – 1 small spoon (optional)
- Salt and pepper – As needed
- Eggs – 2
How to prepare Stuffed Omelette (Recipe 2)?
- Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 1.
- Add sufficient salt and pepper too.
- Beat the egg and add sufficient salt and pepper.
- Heat a small spoon of oil in a non-stick pan and grease it fully.
- Pour the egg into it.
- When it’s half done, sprinkle cooked vegetables and cheese on one half.
- Fold the other half over it and press it.
- Serve hot.
