Stuffed Omelette recipe

Ingredients for Stuffed Omelette:

  1. Egg beaten – 3
    Salt and pepper – For taste
  2. Onion chopped – 1
    Ginger-garlic paste – ½ tsp
  3. Tomato chopped – 1
    Chilli powder – As required
    Garam masala – ¼ tsp
    Salt – For taste
  4. Ghee – 2 tablespoons

How to prepare Stuffed Omelette?

  1. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 2.
  2. When onions turn golden brown, add ingredients no: 3.
  3. Sauté the contents and turn the flame off.
  4. Add salt and pepper to eggs, beat well and prepare omelettes.
  5. Place a little filling in the centre portion, wrap it and serve.
  6. You can also slice into pieces and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Ingredients for Stuffed Omelette (Recipe 2):

  1. Oil – A little
  2. Tomato chopped – 1 small spoon
    Mushroom chopped – 1 small spoon
    Capsicum chopped – 1 big spoon
    Shallots chopped – 1 small spoon
    Green chillies – As per taste
  3. Cheese pieces – 1 small spoon (optional)
  4. Salt and pepper – As needed
  5. Eggs – 2

How to prepare Stuffed Omelette (Recipe 2)?

  1. Heat oil and sauté ingredients no: 1.
  2. Add sufficient salt and pepper too.
  3. Beat the egg and add sufficient salt and pepper.
  4. Heat a small spoon of oil in a non-stick pan and grease it fully.
  5. Pour the egg into it.
  6. When it’s half done, sprinkle cooked vegetables and cheese on one half.
  7. Fold the other half over it and press it.
  8. Serve hot.
