
Ingredients for Indian Chicken Curry:
- Chicken – 1.5 kg
- Onions chopped – 2
Ginger chopped – ½ inch piece
Garlic chopped – 2 - Coriander powder – 3 tablespoons
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp - Tomatoes sliced – 2
Salt and oil – As required
How to prepare Indian Chicken Curry?
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients one after another.
- Add the powders and sauté till a pleasant aroma comes out.
- Add tomato and cook till the gravy thickens.
- Add chicken pieces after fully removing the water content.
- Add salt and cook the chicken till it’s done.
