Indian Chicken Curry recipe

Ingredients for Indian Chicken Curry:

  1. Chicken – 1.5 kg
  2. Onions chopped – 2
    Ginger chopped – ½ inch piece
    Garlic chopped – 2
  3. Coriander powder – 3 tablespoons
    Chilli powder – 2 tsp
    Garam masala – 1 tsp
  4. Tomatoes sliced – 2
    Salt and oil – As required

How to prepare Indian Chicken Curry?

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients one after another.
  2. Add the powders and sauté till a pleasant aroma comes out.
  3. Add tomato and cook till the gravy thickens.
  4. Add chicken pieces after fully removing the water content.
  5. Add salt and cook the chicken till it’s done.
