
Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast:
For stuffing (Ingredients no: 1 to 4):
- Oil – 1 big spoon
- Onion chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon - Mushroom chopped fine – 1 big spoon
Minced chicken – 100 gm - Salt, pepper powder – As required
- Chicken breast – 1
- Oil – 1 big spoon
Salt and pepper – As required
Lemon juice – From 2 lemons
8 to 8 sauce – 2 small spoons
How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Breast?
- Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic for 1 minute.
- Add mushrooms and minced chicken, and cook on a low flame.
- Add salt and pepper while cooking.
- When the water content is fully absorbed, take it from the flame.
- Make a hole towards the wing bone side of the chicken breast.
- Mix ingredients no: 6 together, and marinate the chicken breast.
- Allow it to rest for half an hour.
- Fry it in a medium flame in a tawa.
- Fill the mushroom-minced chicken filling inside the hole of the chicken breast.
- Once the stuffing is done, fix a toothpick too.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken breast with the lid closed.
- Cook each side for 8 minutes.
- You can serve Stuffed Chicken Breast with boiled vegetables of your choice.
