Stuffed Chicken Breast recipe

Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Breast:

For stuffing (Ingredients no: 1 to 4):

  1. Oil – 1 big spoon
  2. Onion chopped fine – 1 big spoon
    Garlic chopped fine – 1 small spoon
  3. Mushroom chopped fine – 1 big spoon
    Minced chicken – 100 gm
  4. Salt, pepper powder – As required
  5.  Chicken breast – 1
  6. Oil – 1 big spoon
    Salt and pepper – As required
    Lemon juice – From 2 lemons
    8 to 8 sauce – 2 small spoons

How to prepare Stuffed Chicken Breast?

  1. Heat oil and sauté onions and garlic for 1 minute.
  2.  Add mushrooms and minced chicken, and cook on a low flame.
  3. Add salt and pepper while cooking.
  4. When the water content is fully absorbed, take it from the flame.
  5. Make a hole towards the wing bone side of the chicken breast.
  6. Mix ingredients no: 6 together, and marinate the chicken breast.
  7. Allow it to rest for half an hour.
  8.  Fry it in a medium flame in a tawa.
  9. Fill the mushroom-minced chicken filling inside the hole of the chicken breast.
  10. Once the stuffing is done, fix a toothpick too.
  11. Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the chicken breast with the lid closed.
  12. Cook each side for 8 minutes.
  13. You can serve Stuffed Chicken Breast with boiled vegetables of your choice.
