
Ingredients for Stuffed Apples With Custard Sauce:
1. Apple – 2, cut into small pieces
Cinnamon – ½ inch piece
Brown sugar – 2 big spoons
For custard sauce:
2. Custard powder – 2 big spoons full
Sugar – 3 big spoons
3. Milk – ½ litre
How to prepare Stuffed Apples With Custard Sauce?
1. Transfer ingredients no: 1 to a pan and cook it. Apple pieces should not lose their crispness.
2. Add a little cold milk to the sugar and custard powder and mix well.
3. Boil the remaining milk and add the custard mixture to it.
4. Keep stirring till the contents thicken and turn off the flame.
5. Stir the mixture for a few more minutes and allow it to cool. Custard sauce is ready.
6. Transfer cooked apple pieces to a serving bowl and pour custard sauce on top.
7. Decorate with small apple pieces and serve.
