Ingredients for Spicy Egg Fry:
- Boiled eggs – 6
- Red chillies – 4
Bengal gram roasted (Pottu Kadala) – 2 tablespoons
Ginger – 1 small piece
Garlic – 4
Pepper seeds – 10
Salt – For taste - Oil – 2 tablespoons
- Coriander leaves – To decorate
How to prepare Spicy Egg Fry?
- Take ingredients no: 2 in a mixer jar and add 1 tablespoon of water.
- Grind it well to a fine paste.
- Cut boiled eggs into two halves and marinate their open parts with this mixture.
- Allow the eggs to rest for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- When the oil turns hot, place the egg pieces one after another with the marinated portion in direct contact with the oil.
- When this side is well roasted, flip once.
- Allow that side also to fry for 1 minute.
- Take off from flame and serve hot.
- Decorate your spicy egg fry with coriander leaves before you serve.
