Simple Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients for Simple Mango Ice Cream:

1. Mango pulp – 1 cup

    Sugar powdered – ½ cup

    Lemon juice – 2 small spoons

2. Cream – 1 cup

How to prepare Simple Mango Ice Cream?

1. Mix together ingredients no: 1 and beat well.

2. Strain it and place in freezer.

3. When it is half-set, take it from freezer and beat again.

4. Beat cream and when it raises up, add to mango mixture.

5. Slowly mix the contents and place it back once again in freezer.

6. After some time, take it out and beat once more.

7. In next 2-3 hours, take ice cream from freezer occasionally, beat well and place it back.

8. Transfer the ice cream to the chilled bowl and keep it in freezer.

9. When it is fully set, transfer the mango ice cream to serving bowls.

10. Place fruit pieces of your choice as topping.
