Raisins Wine recipe

Ingredients for Raisins Wine:

1. Black raisins – 300 gm

    Golden raisins – 200 gm

2. Sugar – 750 gm

    Yeast – 3 small spoons, up to the spoon level

    Lemon juice – From 1 lemon

    Cinnamon – 2 pieces

3. Boiled and cooled water – 5 litres

How to prepare Raisins Wine?

1. Wash ingredients no: 1 and cut into small pieces.

2. In a bharani container, put these raisins along with ingredients no: 2.

3. Pour water finally and close it with a tight lid.

4. For the next 21 days, open every day and stir the contents.

5. Keep the container closed every time.

6. On the 22nd day, strain your wine using a cloth into another dry container.

7. Allow the bharani to rest one more month without shaking.

8. Strain the wine before use.

9. If you want sweet wine with a little more colour, carbonize a little sugar and add to the wine.
