Quick Burger recipe

Ingredients for Quick Burger:

1. Meat minced – 2 cups

    Brown bread crumbs – 1 cup

    Onion – 1 small, chopped fine

    Mustard sauce – ½ small spoon

    Egg – 1, beaten

    Worcestershire sauce – 1 small spoon

    Salt – ½ small spoon

    Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

2. Oil – For frying

3. Small buns – 8

4. Cheese slices – 8

5. Tomato – 4, sliced into round pieces

    Onion – 1, sliced into round pieces

How to prepare Quick Burger?

1. Take contents no: 1 in a bowl and mix well.

2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts.

3. Make patties of ½ inch thickness and deep fry in hot oil.

4. Fry both sides for two minutes each.

5. Reduce the flame and cook the patties for 8-10 minutes with the lid closed.

6. Flip both sides occasionally and continue cooking till both sides are well-cooked.

7. Slice buns into two halves.

8. Place cheese on one half of the bun and then one patty, followed by sliced tomato and onion pieces.

9. Cover it using the other half of the bun, and use a cocktail stick to fix the bun perfectly.
