Potato Vermicelli Balls

Ingredients for Potato Vermicelli Balls:

1. Potato – 4, medium sized

2. Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

   Salt – As required

3. Oil – 1 big spoon

4. Onions – 2 big, cut into very fine pieces

    Green chillies chopped – 4

5. Garam masala powder – ½ small spoon

   Chilli powder- 1 small spoon

   Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

   Salt – As required

6. Eggs scrambled and fried – 2

7. Bread crumbs – ¾ cup

8. Vermicelli broken slightly – ½ cup

9. Oil – To fry

How to prepare Potato Vermicelli Balls?

1. Remove skin of potatoes, and cook well adding salt and turmeric powder.

2. Once cooked, smash the potatoes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté ingredients no; 4.

4. When onions turn light brown in colour, add ingredients no: 5 and sauté again.

6. Add scrambled eggs and smashed potatoes to it, mix well and put the flame off.

7. Make lemon sized balls out of this mixture, roll slowly on broken vermicelli pieces and bread crumbs.

8. Deep fry in hot oil and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
