Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato
Ingredients of Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato :
1. Pine apple – ½ kg
2. Coconut – ½
Green chillies – 25 gm
3. Mustard – 1 small spoon
4. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Tomato cut into tiny pieces – 2
Curd – 1 big spoon
Sugar – 1 small spoon
5. Curry leaves – a handful
6. Salt – as needed
7. Coconut oil – 2 small spoons
8. Mustard – ½ tsp
How to prepare Pine Apple Pachadi with Tomato?
- Grind well coconut and green chillies. Add 1 small spoon mustard seeds to it and crush it. (No need to grind well)
- Cook pine apple along with ingredients 4.
- When pine apple is cooked, add ground coconut mixture to it and put the flame off. Add salt and curry leaves as well.
- Heat oil and splutter ½ tsp mustard seeds and add to pineapple-tomato pachadi.
