pappadam ularthiyath

Ingredients for Pappadam Ularthiyath:

1. Coconut oil – 100 milli

2. Pappadam – 10, cut into small square pieces

3. Garlic – 10 cloves, crushed

   Curry leaves – 2 stems

4. Crushed chillies – 2 big spoons

    Salt – As required

How to prepare Pappadam Ularthiyath?

1. Heat oil in a pan and fry pappadam pieces little by little. Remove them from the oil.

2. Reduce the flame and fry crushed garlic and curry leaves.

3. When a pleasant aroma comes out, add crushed chillies and salt.

4. Turn off the flame and add fried pappadam pieces. Mix the contents before use.
