Malabar Pizza recipe

Ingredients for Malabar Pizza:

1. Maida – 250 gm

   Salt – As needed

2. Oil- 300 gm

3. Minced meat – 250 gm

4. Turmeric powder -1 small spoon

    Chilli powder – 1.5 small spoons

    Coriander powder – ½ small spoon

5. Eggs – 5

    Salt – As required

6. Carrot – 200 gms, cut very fine

7. Capsicum – 1 big, sliced into thin, round rings

How to prepare Malabar Pizza?

1. Add sufficient water to the maida and prepare a dough similar to that of batura’s.

2. Spread it big like batura and fry in hot oil.

3. Add ingredients no: 4 to the minced meat, sprinkle a little water, and pressure cook it.

4. Whip eggs, adding salt, dip each batura in it, and put it on a tawa.

5. Pour a little oil on its top, spread carrot and cooked meat, and a capsicum piece on top at the exact centre.

6. Pour a little egg mixture on top and cook it.

7. Flip once and cook the other side too.

Note: You can also use paratta instead of batura for this preparation.
