Netoli Chammanthi Podi (Anchovy Chutney Powder)

Ingredients for Netoli Chammanthi Podi (Anchovy Chutney Powder):

1. Netoli (Anchovy) – 200 gm

2. Chilli powder – 2 tsp

    Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

    Salt – For taste

4. Refined oil – As required

5. Red chillies – 6

    Garlic – 6 cloves

    Curry leaves – 4 stems

6. Tamarind – Gooseberry sized

How to prepare Netoli Chammanthi Podi (Anchovy Chutney Powder)?

1. Marinate fish using ingredients no: 2.

2. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes and deep fry in oil.

3. Fry ingredients no: 5 without oil in a pan. Also add tamarind.

4. Blend all ingredients together in a mixer.

5. Store in glass jar. You can preserve it for 1 month.
