
Ingredients for Ceylon Chicken:
- Chicken – 250 gm
- Eggs – 2
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – For taste - Red food colour – As required
- Refined oil – 4 tablespoons
Onions chopped – 1
Green chillies chopped – 4
Ginger paste – 1 ts
Garlic paste – 1 tsp - Coriander leaves chopped – ¼ cup
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
How to prepare Ceylon Chicken?
- Cut chicken into big pieces and cook, adding ingredients no: 3.
- Once done, remove flesh from bone and add food colour.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and green chillies.
- Add garlic & ginger paste too.
- Add chicken pieces, garam masala powder and coriander leaves, and mix for a few minutes.
- Add beaten eggs to the chicken.
- When the contents are mixed well, turn off the flame.
