Thengaa Ball (Coconut Ball)

Ingredients for Thengaa Ball (Coconut Ball):

1. Marlie biscuit – 1 packet

2. Lemon juice – 2 big spoons

    Lemon skin – 2 big spoons

3. Condensed milk – 1 tin

4. Coconut scrapped – 1.5 cups

How to prepare Thengaa Ball (Coconut Ball)?

1. Place scrapped coconut in oven and bake till its moisture content is absorbed. It should not change its colour.

2. Blend the biscuits in a mixer. But it should not be finely powdered.

3. Transfer biscuit granules to a bowl, and mix with ingredients no: 2.

4. Add condensed milk little by little enough to make balls from it, and mix well. It should not be too loose.

5. Now make small balls and wrap with scrapped coconut.

6. Your coconut balls are ready.
