
Ingredients for Egg Podimas:
- Eggs – 3
- Coconut oil – 2 big spoons
- Onions – 1, chopped fine
Green chillies – 2, chopped
Salt – As per taste - Chilli powder – ½ small spoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon - Tomato -1, chopped fine
- Coriander leaves chopped – 2 big spoons
How to prepare Egg Podimas?
- Beat all eggs together in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.
- Add powders and sauté again.
- When the raw smell goes out, add chopped tomato and sauté again.
- Add eggs and scramble well.
- Add coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
