Egg Podimas

Ingredients for Egg Podimas:

1. Eggs – 3

2. Coconut oil – 2 big spoons

3. Onions – 1, chopped fine

    Green chillies – 2, chopped

    Salt – As per taste

4. Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Turmeric powder – ¼ small spoon

5. Tomato -1, chopped fine

6. Coriander leaves chopped – 2 big spoons

How to prepare Egg Podimas?

1. Beat all eggs together in a bowl.

2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ingredients no: 3.

3. Add powders and sauté again.

4. When the raw smell goes out, add chopped tomato and sauté again.

5. Add eggs and scramble well.

6. Add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
