Spring Rolls
Ingredients for Spring Rolls:
1. Maida – 8 tablespoons
Cornflour – 2 tablespoons
2. Water – ½ cup
Egg beaten – 2
Salt – For taste
3. Oil- 1 tablespoon
4. Ginger chopped – 1 tablespoon
5. Cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, beans chopped – ½ cup each
Salt – For taste
Soya sauce – 1 table spoon
6. Oil – For frying
How to prepare Spring Rolls?
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger.
2. Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté again.
3. Mix ingredients no: 1 and 2 and prepare the dough. It should not be too tight.
4. Pour two table spoons of batter in a heated pan and spread it like a pancake.
5. Never flip the pancakes, and cook one side only.
6. Place a little filling inside pancakes and fold from four edges.
7. Deep fry them in hot oil.
8. Once they cool, you can cut into three slices and serve.
