Potato Cheese Balls

Ingredients for Potato Cheese Balls:

1. Boiled potatoes – 2

2. Cheese – 1 slice

3. Pepper powder – 1 small spoon

    Salt – ¾ small spoon

4. Oil – For frying

How to prepare Potato Cheese Balls?

1. Smash cooked potatoes to make a fine paste. (Never use mixer)

2. Grate the cheese in a bowl.

3. Add potato, salt and pepper and mix it well.

4. Make small potato balls and deep fry in hot oil.

5. Balls should be golden brown.

6. You can serve potato cheese balls with tomato sauce.
