Mutta Poricha Curry (Omelet Curry)

Ingredients for Mutta Poricha Curry (Omelet Curry):

1. Eggs – 4, beaten

2. Shallots chopped – ½ cup

    Green chillies chopped – 5

    Curry leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 1 small spoon

    Tomato chopped fine – 2 small spoons

    Salt – For taste

3. Oil – ¼ cup

4. Onions sliced – 3

5. Garlic chopped – 2 small spoons

    Green chillies split – 5

6. Meat masala – 2 small spoons

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

    Chilli powder – ½ small spoon

    Salt – For taste

7. Water – 1.5 cups

8. Coconut scrapped – 1/2

How to prepare Mutta Poricha Curry (Omelet Curry)?

1. Extract thick coconut milk from scrapped coconut.

2. Mix eggs with ingredients no: 2, beat well and prepare omelets.

3. Cut omelets to small pieces.

4. Heat oil and sauté onions.

5. Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté again.

6. When onions turn golden brown, add ingredients no: 6.

7. When masala items are well fried and gives a pleasant aroma, add 1.5 cup water.

8. When water boils well, add coconut milk.

9. Mix well and take off your curry from flame.

10. Add omelet pieces to the curry just before you serve.
