Methi Chappathi (Methi Chapati)


Methi Chappathi is really nutritious and it can be included in a healthy diet. Leaves of fenugreek are used along with wheat flour for making methi chappathi. Let me give you its simple preparation.
 

Ingredients for Methi Chappathi:

  1. Wheat flour – 250 gm
  2. Methi leaves – 100 gm
  3. Salt – as required
  4. Boiled water – as required

How to prepare Methi Chappathi?

  1. Wash methi leaves and cut into small pieces.
  2. Mix all the ingredients adding sufficient hot water and make dough.
  3. Make it small balls, spread it using wheat flour and make hot chapathis is a non-stick pan.
