Mango Sweet Jelly
Ingredients for Mango Sweet Jelly:
1. Mango fruit grinded and filtered – 2 cups
Orange juice – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
2. Sugar powdered – 1 cup
3. Gelatin – 4 small spoons
Water – 8 small spoons
4. Coconut milk, 1st extract – 1.5 cups
5. Fruits – To decorate
How to prepare Mango Sweet Jelly?
1. Transfer ingredients no: 1 to a thick bottomed vessel.
2. Add sugar to it and mix well.
3. Heat the mixture in double boiling method, by immersing this vessel in boiling water.
4. Soak gelatin adding water, and using double boiling method, melt it.
5. Add melted gelatin to mango mixture and mix well.
6. When the mixture gets heated up, take off from flame.
7. Blend well the contents.
8. Transfer the contents to serving bowls or moulds and allow to cool.
9. Later place these bowls in refrigerator to set.
10. Pour a little coconut milk to the bowls before you serve.
11. Also decorate with different types of fruits.
Note: To get thick coconut milk, grind it without adding water. Squeeze it well to get coconut milk which resembles cream.
