
Ingredients for Mango Sweet Jelly:
1. Mango fruit ground and filtered – 2 cups
Orange juice – 1 cup
Lemon juice – 1 big spoon
2. Sugar powdered – 1 cup
3. Gelatin – 4 small spoons
Water – 8 small spoons
4. Coconut milk, 1st extract – 1.5 cups
5. Fruits – To decorate
How to prepare Mango Sweet Jelly?
1. Transfer ingredients no: 1 to a thick-bottomed vessel.
2. Add sugar to it and mix well.
3. Heat the mixture in the double-boiling method by immersing the vessel in boiling water.
4. Soak gelatin in water, and using the double-boiling method, melt it.
5. Add melted gelatin to the mango mixture and mix well.
6. When the mixture gets heated up, take it off the flame.
7. Blend well the contents.
8. Transfer the contents to serving bowls or moulds and allow to cool.
9. Later, place these bowls in the refrigerator to set.
10. Pour a little coconut milk into the bowls before you serve.
11. Also, decorate with different types of fruits.
Note: To get thick coconut milk, grind it without adding water. Squeeze it well to get coconut milk, which resembles cream.
