
Ingredients for Guava Punch:
- Fully ripe guava – Five large
- Sugar – Half cup
Water – 6 cups - Ginger juice – Two tablespoons
Pink food colour – A few drops
Lemon juice – Juice of one lemon
How to prepare Guava Punch?
- Wash the guava and cut it into large pieces. Add the second ingredient and bring to a boil.
- Simmer and cook the guava until soft. Remove from heat and let it cool before blending into a smooth paste.
- Strain the mixture and add the third set of ingredients, stirring well.
- Pour half of the mixture into a glass and fill the rest with water or ice cubes.
- Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon before serving.
