Guava Punch recipe

Ingredients for Guava Punch:

  1. Fully ripe guava – Five large 
  2. Sugar – Half cup
    Water – 6 cups 
  3. Ginger juice – Two tablespoons
    Pink food colour – A few drops
    Lemon juice – Juice of one lemon 

How to prepare Guava Punch?

  1. Wash the guava and cut it into large pieces. Add the second ingredient and bring to a boil. 
  2. Simmer and cook the guava until soft. Remove from heat and let it cool before blending into a smooth paste. 
  3. Strain the mixture and add the third set of ingredients, stirring well. 
  4. Pour half of the mixture into a glass and fill the rest with water or ice cubes. 
  5. Garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lemon before serving.
