Mutton Masala

Ingredients for Mutton Masala:

1. Mutton – 1 kg

2. Onions – 400 gm

    Tomato sliced very thin – 3 or 4

    Kashmiri chilli powder – 2 big spoons

    Turmeric powder – ½ small spoon

     Salt – As required

    Ginger paste – 1 big spoon

    Garlic paste – 1 big spoon

    Coriander leaves chopped – 50 gm

3. Coconut oil – ½ cup

4. Coriander leaves – 50 gm chopped

How to prepare Mutton Masala?

1. Wash mutton and cut into pieces.

2. Mix it with ingredients no: 2 and cook in a pressure cooker.

3. Heat oil in a pan, and sauté cooked mutton for 15 minutes.

4. Add chopped coriander leaves on its top, fry till golden brown colour and serve hot.
