Ingredients for Maanga Thairu (Mango Curd):
- Sour-less curd – 1 cup
- Honey – 2 big spoons
- Well-ripened mango fruit – ½ cup, smashed well
How to prepare Maanga Thairu (Mango Curd)?
- Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill it and serve.
- You can also substitute mangoes with papaya or strawberries.
