Ingredients for Mushroom Veg Roast:
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 2 tablespoons - Garlic – 4 cloves
Onion – 1, cut into cubes
Mushroom, halved – 1 cup
Carrot – 1, cut into cubes - Crushed pepper, salt – As required
- Beans – 10, cut into 1½-inch pieces
Cauliflower, broken into florets – ½ cu
Broccoli, broken into small florets – ½ cup - Tomato – 1, cut into cubes
How to prepare Mushroom Veg Roast?
- Heat olive oil and butter, then sauté the second set of ingredients.
- When the water starts to release, add salt and crushed pepper as required and stir well.
- When the mushrooms are three-fourths cooked, add the fourth set of ingredients and mix.
- Once the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato and let it sit for a minute.
- Adjust the salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.
