Mushroom Veg Roast recipe

Ingredients for Mushroom Veg Roast:

  1. Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
    Butter – 2 tablespoons 
  2. Garlic – 4 cloves
    Onion – 1, cut into cubes
    Mushroom, halved – 1 cup
    Carrot – 1, cut into cubes 
  3. Crushed pepper, salt – As required 
  4. Beans – 10, cut into 1½-inch pieces
    Cauliflower, broken into florets – ½ cu
    Broccoli, broken into small florets – ½ cup 
  5. Tomato – 1, cut into cubes 

How to prepare Mushroom Veg Roast?

  1. Heat olive oil and butter, then sauté the second set of ingredients. 
  2. When the water starts to release, add salt and crushed pepper as required and stir well. 
  3. When the mushrooms are three-fourths cooked, add the fourth set of ingredients and mix.  
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the tomato and let it sit for a minute. 
  5. Adjust the salt and pepper to taste and remove from heat.
