Mango Pachadi (Maanga Pachadi)


Ingredients for Mango Pachadi (Maanga Pachadi):

 
1. Green mango grated (after removing skin) – 1 cup
2. Coconut scrapped – ½ cup
3. Salt – As needed
    Mustard – 2 tsp
    Curd (not sour) – 2 cup
    Green chillies chopped – ¼ cup
 

Method of preparation of Mango Pachadi (Maanga Pachadi):

 
1. Grind in a mixer, coconut and ingredients no: 3.
2. Add this gravy to grated mango and mix well.
3. You can also season this dish using mustard seeds and curry leaves sputtered in coconut oil. You can also include red chillies fried in cooking oil.
