
Ingredients for Mango Fruit – Prawns Salad:
- Shrimp or prawns – 450g
- Spring onion, finely chopped – ½ cup
Celery, finely chopped – ½ cup
Salad cucumber, deseeded and diced – ½ cup
Garlic, crushed – ½ teaspoon
Mango fruit, diced – ½ cup
Coriander leaves, chopped – ¼ cup
Lemon juice, salt, black pepper – As needed - Mayonnaise – 1 cup
Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon
Cream – 2 tablespoons
How to prepare Mango Fruit – Prawns Salad?
- Clean and devein the shrimp, then cook and place in a bowl.
- Add the second ingredients and mix well.
- Combine the third ingredients and mix it into the shrimp mixture.
- Refrigerate to chill before serving.
- Serve in tall glasses if desired and garnish with lemon slices.
