Mango Fruit - Prawns Salad recipe

Ingredients for Mango Fruit – Prawns Salad:

  1. Shrimp or prawns – 450g
  2. Spring onion, finely chopped – ½ cup
    Celery, finely chopped – ½ cup
    Salad cucumber, deseeded and diced – ½ cup
    Garlic, crushed – ½ teaspoon
    Mango fruit, diced – ½ cup
    Coriander leaves, chopped – ¼ cup
    Lemon juice, salt, black pepper – As needed
  3. Mayonnaise – 1 cup
    Tomato sauce – 2 tablespoons
    Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon
    Cream – 2 tablespoons

How to prepare Mango Fruit – Prawns Salad?

  1. Clean and devein the shrimp, then cook and place in a bowl.
  2. Add the second ingredients and mix well.
  3. Combine the third ingredients and mix it into the shrimp mixture.
  4. Refrigerate to chill before serving.
  5. Serve in tall glasses if desired and garnish with lemon slices.
