Mango Chutney with Burned Chillies (Mulak Chuttaracha Maanga Chammanthi)

Ingredients for Mango Chutney with Burned Chillies (Mulak Chuttaracha Maanga Chammanthi):

1. Red chillies – 6

2. Coconut oil – 1 big spoon

3. Coconut scrapped – 1 cup

   Curry leaves – As needed

   Shallots – 6, chopped fine

   Salt – As required

   Green mango chopped fine – 2 big spoons

   Water – A little

How to prepare Mango Chutney with Burned Chillies (Mulak Chuttaracha Maanga Chammanthi)?

1. Fry chillies in pan without adding oil. Fry it well.

2. Add oil and keep it aside

3. Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer. Never make it a smooth paste.

4. Your chutney is ready.
