Malabar Masala Tea

Ingredients for Malabar Masala Tea:

1. Biryani rice – 1 big spoon

    Cloves – 2

    Cardamom – 2

    Cinnamon – 1 piece

2. Cashews – 25 gm

    Almonds (after removing skin) – 25 gm

    Water – ½ cup

3. Milk – ½ litre

4. Saffron – A pinch

    Condensed milk – ½ tin

How to prepare Malabar Masala Tea?

1. Blend well ingredients no: 1 using a mixer.

2. Soak cashews and almonds in half cup water for 1 hour and grind to a fine paste.

3. Heat milk in a thick-bottomed pan.

4. When milk boils, add cashew-almond paste, saffron, condensed milk and smashed masalas.

5. Keep stirring and cook for almost 1 hour.

6. Serve hot.
