Ingredients for Lemon Carrot Cardamom Juice:
1. Lemon juice – From 2 lemons
Carrot – 1, grated
Cardamom – 2
Salt – A pinch
2. Ice cubes – As required
3. Water – 250 ml
4. Mint leaves – 1 sprig
Sabja seeds (soaked) – 1 teaspoon
How to prepare Lemon Carrot Cardamom Juice?
- Blend together the first set of ingredients in a mixer and strain the mixture.
- Pour the strained mixture into a glass filled with ice cubes and add water. Stir well.
- Add the soaked sabja seeds, garnish with mint leaves and carrot slices, and serve.
