Ingredients of Egg Kadalaykka Pola:
1. Bengal gram (Kadala Paripp) – 50 gm
Salt – A pinch
2. Milk – 100 milli
3. Eggs – 7
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom – 4 powdered
4. Ghee – One big spoon
How to prepare Egg Kadalaykka Pola?
1. Add salt to Bengal gram and cook it well.
2. Filter the water content completely and keep it aside.
3. Then grind the cooked daal well by adding milk.
4. Blend well ingredients no: 3 and mix well with ground dal.
5. Heat ghee in a thick-bottomed pan and spread ghee on its surface fully.
6. Add the prepared mixture to the ghee and cook well in low flame.
7. When done, take away from the flame and serve after garnishing with fruits.
