
Ingredients for Hill Station Egg Maggie:
- Maggi noodles – 2 packets
- Maggi masala – 2 packets
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
- Garlic – 2 cloves, finely chopped
Ginger – ½ tsp, chopped
Green chili – 1, finely chopped - Tomato – 1 small, finely chopped
Green capsicum – 1 small, finely chopped
Carrot – 1, grated - Eggs – 2
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – As required
Salt – as required
How to prepare Hill Station Egg Maggie?
- Boil water in a large pan, add the noodles and masala, and cook according to the packet instructions.
- Cook until the water content is fully absorbed, and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion. Add ingredients no: 5 and sauté well.
- When the onion turns soft, add ingredients no: 6 and sauté.
- When the vegetables are cooked, move them to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble well.
- Add ingredients no: 8 and mix well. Combine again with the vegetables.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss gently until well mixed.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
