Granola recipe

Ingredients for Granola:

1. Oats – 3 cups

    White sesame seeds washed and dried – ½ cup

    Melon seeds – ½ cup

    Milk powder – ½ cup

    Wheat flour – ½ cup

    Gram flour – ½ cup

2. Olive oil – ½ cup

    Honey – ½ cup

    Brown sugar – 1 big spoon

    Vanilla essence – 1 small spoon

3. Almonds chopped – ½ cup

    Seedless dates – ½ cup

How to prepare Granola?

1. Pre-heat oven to 150 degree celsious.

2. Take a bowl and mix together ingredients no: 1.

3. Take another bowl, and mix together ingredients no:2.

4. Pour it into the oats mixture and mix together.

5. Spread it in a tray and toast it in the oven for 15 minutes.

6. Take it out and mix the contents once again.

7. Mix it with almonds and dates and toast again for 15 minutes in the oven.

8. Take it outside and allow it to cool.

9. Transfer granola to an air-tight container and store it.

Note: You can serve granola like cornflakes for breakfast. Add sufficient milk to it, and also different kinds of fruits to prepare a special granola breakfast dish.
