Eggless Coffee Cake recipe

Ingredients for Eggless Coffee Cake:

1. Instant coffee powder – 1 big spoon

    Hot water – 35 milli

2. Milk/Soya milk – 300 milli

    Cake gel – 2 small spoons

3. Maida – ¼ kg

    Vanilla powder – 2 small spoons

    Baking powder – 1.5 small spoons

For icing:

4. Whipping Cream – 300 milli

5. Chocolate ganache and coffee powder – As required

How to prepare Eggless Coffee Cake?

1. Preheat oven to 170 degree celsious.

2. Mix ingredients no: 1 together.

3. Add milk and cake gel and beat the contents well.

4. Blend ingredients no: 3 together and add to the coffee mixture to prepare a soft batter.

5. Put a paper in a cake tin and pour the batter.

6. In the pre-heated oven, bake the cake for 25-30 minutes.

7. Cut the cake into three layers.

8. Above the first layer, apply a whipping layer followed by ganache.

9. Sprinkle coffee powder on its top.

10. Place the second layer and continue the same process, followed by the third layer.

11. Now you can do icing and decorate the cake as you wish.
